About us

Our approach takes a broad view.

At The CAS Group, our focus is on A-Player sales and sales leadership professionals, and we practice what we preach. We are involved in continual training and development. As a sales and sales management recruiting company we define success well beyond just placing a candidate. It is always our goal to find the kind of sales professionals who are capable of being the top performers on our client’s team.

To increase those odds we believe that a continuing development process is essential to improve your ROI. So much so, we partner with companies that offer ongoing sales training and development.

Our Expertise

Our goal first is to determine your firm's needs. Our experience spans a variety of industries ranging from healthcare to manufacturing. The intensity of our sales training background, coupled with our previous sales successes, gives you seasoned recruiters who know what traits and qualifications to look for in a candidate.

Our Advisory

Our top priorities rest with finding a perfect fit between your company, and the candidates that we ultimately select and submit for you to interview. We serve as a resource and trusted advisor throughout the process to ensure that both candidate and client are compatible with each other's requirements.

The CAS Group is not a typical staffing firm and our methods are designed to offer guidance to both sides from the very beginning. Thus, we work best with clients who are interested in maintaining long term relationships and a valuable pipeline of qualified candidates.

We are salespeople who understand salespeople, and know how to find and place them in a way that is cost-efficient and saves your company time in the short and long run.

Chris Stark

Chris started the CAS Group in 2006 with a vision to change the culture of traditional sales recruiting. As a successful sales professional who witnessed the recruiting process first-hand, Chris felt there had to be a better way to recruit. He put that mindset into action by developing a no-compromise approach to his recruiting style. By actively listening to the wants, needs, objectives and goals of his candidates and clients, he is able to successfully uncover a mutually beneficial long term fit for both.

When Chris is not working, you can find him doing something outdoors. He loves to hunt, golf, ski and spend time with his wife and daughter.

Chris has a B.S in Business from the University of Missouri. He also sits on the board of the Missouri and Kansas Search and Staffing Association. More information about the MKSSA can be found here.
