Chris started the CAS Group in 2006 with a vision to change the culture of traditional sales recruiting. As a successful sales professional who witnessed the recruiting process first-hand, Chris felt there had to be a better way to recruit. He put that mindset into action by developing a no-compromise approach to his recruiting style. By actively listening to the wants, needs, objectives and goals of his candidates and clients, he is able to successfully uncover a mutually beneficial long term fit for both.
When Chris is not working, you can find him doing something outdoors. He loves to hunt, golf, ski and spend time with his wife and daughter.
Chris has a B.S in Business from the University of Missouri. He also sits on the board of the Missouri and Kansas Search and Staffing Association. More information about the MKSSA can be found here.
Miriah Ludtke joined The CAS Group in 2015 after spending some time recruiting in the heavy equipment industry. She now specializes in recruiting for sales representatives and other professional roles in a variety of industries. She actively serves on the executive board for the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri & Kansas Search and Staffing Association.
Outside of the office, she volunteers with The APA and The St. Louis Regional Business Council. Miriah was recently recognized in The St. Louis Business Journal’s “Women on the Move” section. She also placed 2nd in the Miss Missouri USA competition in September of 2017.
Miriah graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Print and Broadcast Journalism from Lindenwood University.
Ian Heizer joined the CAS Group in June after coming from an insurance background. Ian took a recruiting role specializing in, but not limited to, sales opportunities. Ian wanted to take the jump into recruiting due to his desire to help others, recognizing that the ultimate goal in recruiting is to help someone advance their career. Finding a position where he is able to build relationships with others has always been a goal for Ian.
Outside of the office, Ian can be found either golfing, playing softball, or spending time with his family.
Ian graduated Cum Laude from Webster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Management, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. He was also a four-year member of the Webster University golf team.
